The 2nd Cavalry Regiment of the US Army which is located in Germany and regularly seen near the Russian border, received the first armored vehicle Stryker ICV Dragoon (ICVD), equipped with a combat module with a 30-mm automatic cannon. German companies, Ferrostaal and EnerSys-Hawker, are suspected of involvement in the catastrophe of the Argentinean submarine «San Juan». Venezuelan President Maduro announced the victory of the ruling United Socialist Party in municipal elections. The party received the support of the majority of voted in 300 of 335 municipalities.
