73 people died in Pakistan
As a result of the fire that occurred in a passenger train in the Pakistani province of Punjab, 73 people died, dozens were injured — the »Geo TV» channel reports. The train followed the route Karachi — Rawalpindi. There was an explosion of a gas tank, carried by one of the passengers. According to the TV channel, the fire destroyed 3 train cars — 2 economy-class cars and 1 business-class car. The castle of the Ryukyu monarchs in Shuri, on the island of Okinawa, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, burned down. The fire completely destroyed the castle. 7 wooden buildings of the castle complex, with a total area of 4800 square meters, were lost. The cause of the fire is still unknown. According to the »Kyodo News» — the fire was extinguished after 11 hours. There is no data on the victims yet. The Japanese government has already expressed its intention to restore the castle. «This event hurts to the core. The Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has announced the start date for the withdrawal of the military forces near the village of Petrovskoye in Donbass, on a condition that there will be a ceasefire for a week. “If everything is safe in the village of Petrovskoye within a week, you know that there must be silence for 7 days, then on 4th of November we will begin the withdrawal of forces in Petrovskoye” — RIA NEWS quoted Zelensky. On Thursday, the decision of the Indian government regarding the formation of the union territories of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh in the north of the country has officially entered into force.
