A clash between the nationalists and the army of Kiev

At least 4 soldiers died after the clash between the Ukrainian nationalist groups and the 92nd separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian army in the area to the north-west from the village of Yasinovataya — the press service of the DPR People’s Militia Department reports. It was noted that the DPR intelligence reported about an escalation of the clashes between the Ukrainian nationalist groups and the Ukrainian army in several areas of the frontline. There are losses on the both sides.

The mine clearance has begun at the withdrawal area № 3 »Petrovskoye-Bogdanovka», in accordance with the plan, approved by the Contact Group with the participation of the DPR officers in the joint control and coordination center, and the special OSCE monitoring mission. 10 experts of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the DPR are taking part in the mine clearance — they will conduct the mapping of the location in order to determine the size of the area that must be demined, and in order to mark the hard-to-reach areas. The demining of the minefields and explosive objects, as well as the marking of the inaccessible explosive zones will begin after the engineering reconnaissance and after the collection of the information about the type and the scale of the work. According to the plans — the mine clearance will last until 19th of November. The further dismantling of fortifications, military facilities, and non-explosive barriers in the area will end around 4th of December, if mirror actions of the parties take place.

“We were not able to achieve the clarity from the Ukrainian side regarding the extension of the law on the special status of Donbass during the meeting of the Contact Group in Minsk” — said the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova. The Contact Group meeting was held in Minsk on 12th of November. The law on the special status of Donbass was adopted by the Ukrainian parliament back in 2014. The law was never enforced. In the fall of 2018, the Ukrainian parliament extended the law until the end of 2019. The document states that the special status for the region will come into force after a number of conditions. In particular, after the withdrawal of the «illegal forces» from the territories.

Several houses and a church were damaged as a result of a shelling of the village of Yasnoe. The Ukrainian troops used grenade launchers, weaponry of infantry fighting vehicles, anti-tank guns, and small arms. The houses at the Lenin st 7, Valova st 9, Chapaev st 32 and 34 were damaged. Thankfully no-one was hurt.
