A Ukrainian defense factory in the Dnipropetrovsk region was liquidated

1 Republic of Donbass 7 civilians were injured in the Kirovsky district of the city of Donetsk as a result of a shelling by the Ukrainian forces — the DPR territorial defense HQ reported. Earlier, the mayor of the city, Alexei Kulemzin, reported about 5 victims. He added that the windows of 3 apartment buildings were damaged. A shell hit 1 apartment building. The town of Shakhtersk was shelled twice over the past day. A local train station and fuel tanks, as well as a local oil depot were hit with rockets. 4 people were injured — they are receiving medical help. 4 containers with gasoline, 60 tons each, are on fire at the station — the emergency services reported. Several oil tanks at the oil depot are on fire. Over the past night, more than a hundred rescuers extinguished the oil tanks that caught fire during the evening attack of the Ukrainian forces. They also shelled the city of Donetsk with NATO weapons. As a result — 7 people were injured. 4 missiles were fired at the city of Kherson.

2 Ukraine The Russian forces destroyed a Ukrainian factory, used to make solid rocket fuel, explosives, and gunpowder. The factory was located in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The Ukrainian nationalists continue to suffer losses in several key areas at once. Namely on the Kupyansky, Krasnolimansky, Nikolaev and Krivoy Rog frontlines. The Ukrainian forces were pushed back to their original positions. Several hundred Ukrainian radicals with their military vehicles were eliminated.

3 Israel — Turkey The Israeli Defense Minister, Benny Gantz, ordered to resume the work on the relations with the Turkish military department. The decision to re-establish the joint work was made during Benny Gantz’s negotiations with the Turkish National Defense Minister, Hulusi Akar, on 27th of October, in Ankara. «We must have a sustainable, positive approach in our relations. Namely by maintaining an open dialogue» — the TASS quoted Benny Gantz. Hulusi Akar stated that he hopes for a settlement with Israel over Palestine. «We believe that the expansion of our two-sided cooperation and the dialogue will help to resolve some of the issues, especially regarding Palestine» — the RIA NEWS quoted his words. In August 2022, after 12 years of escalations, Israel and Turkey agreed to fully restore their diplomatic relations.

4 Russia On the night of 27th October an attack was made on the Balaklava thermal power station in Crimea — the Governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, reported and added that the thermal power plant was attacked by an UAV. A transformer that was under a maintenance, and thus not working at the time of the attack, was damaged. A fire started after the attack. The transformer received minimal damage. No-one was injured. According to the governor — the incident didn’t affect the power supply of Sevastopol, and Crimea. There were no blackouts. An important role in the protection of the power plant was played by the measures, taken in advance. Electronic warfare equipment disrupted the flight path of the drone. The UAV was unable to hit the critical elements of the power station, thanks to which no serious damage was inflicted.

5 Syria «The attack on the city of Shiraz, in south of Iran, was organized by the US authorities» — the Syrian Foreign Ministry stated on 27th of October. Damascus categorically condemned the attack on the Shah Cherakh mausoleum in Shiraz, and called it a «cowardly attack». «This incident showed that terrorism has become one of the main weapons in the hands of the US political leadership. The USA uses terrorist attacks as a tool of destabilizing the states in order to further subjugate them to the US will» — the Syrian Foreign Ministry explained. The ministry declared its absolute solidarity with Iran «in the fight against the terrorism and the conspirators». The ministry expressed its condolences to the families of the victims.

6 Lebanon The Lebanese President, Michel Aoun, has formally approved the project to demarcate the maritime borders with Israel, developed with the participation of mediators from the USA — the ’Al-Mayadeen’ reported. On 27th of October, the Lebanese President received the US Special Envoy, Amos Hochstein. The Vice Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, the Commissioner for Demarcation Negotiations, Elias Bou Saab, told to the ’Al-Mayadeen’ that Amos Hochstein handed over the final draft of the demarcation, which was signed by the Lebanese President. Earlier, the Israeli Prime Minister, Yair Lapid, officially told to the reporters that Lebanon recognized the Israeli borders by agreeing to the demarcation project, handed over by the US mediators.
