1 Nagorno-Karabakh

The press service of the Russian Emergency Ministry reported that a team of sappers will demine the territory of the Agdam region of Nagorno-Karabakh. «On 4th of January, an IL-76 airplane of the Russian Emergency Ministry with the sappers on board flew to Azerbaijan. They were tasked to demine the territories of Nagorno-Karabakh. They will work in the Aghdam region, within the framework of a humanitarian mission» — the message reported. The group includes 20 sappers from the «Leader» center of the Russian Emergency Ministry, as well as from the Noginsk rescue center. They will bring 3 sets of special robots.

2 Azerbaijan

The ’’AzerTag’’ news agency reported that the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev ordered to establish a fund for the revival of Karabakh. «The Fund will provide a financial support for the measures, aimed to restore the liberated territories, and provide public-private partnership in this matter’’ — the order explains. The funds will be formed from the donations, grants, and other sources. The structure will be governed by a board of 3 people and a supervisory board. The council includes the Minister of Economy Mikail Jabbarov, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Muhtar Babayev, some parliamentarians and public figures.

3 Syria

The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister, Sergei Vershinin, spoke during an interview with the ’RIA NEWS’ about the activation of the ISIS terrorists.
