An airstrike on the Syrian civilians

China introduced a temporary ban on the use of ‘Boeing 737 MAX 8’ airplanes on all Chinese domestic airlines due to the crash in Ethiopia — the Chinese Civil Aviation Service reported. They added that, since October of 2018, when a Boeing 737-8 of the Lion Air Airlines crashed, this is the second disaster with an aircraft of the series. On 10th of March, a Boeing 737 MAX of the Ethiopian Airlines crashed a few minutes after taking off from Addis Ababa Airport. 149 passengers and 8 crew members were on board. None survived.

2 Venezuela

Venezuelan army took under its protection the country’s strategic energy supply systems. The power lines are being monitored by air. Such statement was made by the head of the Venezuelan Ministry of Defense — Vladimir Padrino Lopez. Due to the power outage on Monday, 11th of March, the Venezuelan government canceled the working day and the school hours. As previously reported, a sabotage took place at the hydro-electric power station El-Guri. As a result — most of the country was without electricity. Washington put the blame for the event on the Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro.

3 Syria

On Sunday evening, the Kurdish formations resumed their operation against the ISIS outpost in El Baguz, located on the eastern bank of the Euphrates — TASS reports while citing the tv-channel Rudaw. As the commander of the «Syrian Democratic Forces» Adnan Afrini specified — over 2500 fighters are participating in the attack. According to him, the liberation of this particular border area with Iraq may take 3 days. The air forces of the Western coalition provide the air support to the «Syrian Democratic Forces». They attacked the ammunition depots.

More than 50 civilians died as a result of an airstrike of the international coalition, led by the United States, on the village of Baguz in south-eastern Syria. The village is being besieged by the Arab-Kurdish troops of the «Syrian Democratic Forces» — RIA NEWS reports while citing the Syrian state television. «The Coalition Aviation committed a new crime by performing an airstrike on the tent camp in Baguz, in the east of the Deir-ez-Zor province. More than 50 people died. Most of them were women and children” — Ikhbariya TV channel reports while referring to the local sources.
