During the 2nd stage of the special operation, the official representatives of the Russian Ministry of Defense make loud statements regarding the incoming provocations of the UK and the USA. The Security Service of Ukraine, together with the Western intelligence agencies, are preparing an another fake, similar to the one that was made in Bucha, but this time in the LPR town of Lisichansk. Ukrainian and foreign journalists, who filmed a month ago, have arrived to the town. The National Defense Control Center has an information about an incoming provocation near the port of ’Yuzhny’, in Odessa.

The Ukrainian nationalists placed an entire tank with ammonia to a cold storage facility, located 500 meters away from the local Ukrainian Navy base. Probably to simulate a missile attack on the military facility. The goal is to blame the Russian air force. General Mikhail Mizintsev spoke in details about the scenario of a larger US provocation, with the use of chemical and biological weapons of mass destruction in Kiev and Kharkov.

What does it all mean? First of all, it shows that the informational and propaganda resources of Ukraine are working to the fullest. Their ability to professionally, sophisticatedly, and cynically present and spread the fake information, while taking into account the real hostilities, was methodically perfected. All the financial, cultural, analytical, psychological, and mass media network potential is being involved in this process.

All the sectors of society are being actively involved, including the officials, governors and mayors, commanders of the Ukrainian forces and Ukrainian nationalistic battalions. The names of some of the participants are well known in Russia. Disagreements and scandals between such people as Arestovich, Gordon, and Gerashchenko — the main mouth-pieces of the Ukrainian propaganda — are nothing more than an typical struggle for the financial influence.

It all started not immediately and not suddenly. 30 years ago, a socio-psychological experiment was launched to work with the mass consciousness of the inhabitants of Ukraine. At first, the process was slow and careful. Then it became swift. Any nation has a collective mental state — spiritual, moral, cultural, and psychological. These are their strengths and weaknesses, national complexes, hobbies and goals, historical grievances, hidden desires, and the internal contradictions.

The Western curators used these factors. Over the past 8 years, the Ukrainian society has been re-formatted to an anti-Russian ideology. The start of the special military operation for the de-nazification and de-militarization only fortified the belief of many Ukrainians that Russia is «an insidious and cruel enemy». Entire Western institutions have been working on this research for decades.

The UK and the USA were active. By the time when the real scope of the methods of the informational and psychological warfare and propaganda in Ukraine is revealed, the colossal amount of funds invested in this anti-Russian project, the number of structures and participants of the foreign political forces — the people of Russia, surely, will be very surprised. This is already happening in many families with relatives living in Ukraine. And this is an open secret.
