The servicemen could vote directly on the front line.

A passenger aircraft «Boeing 777» of the airline ‘Air France’ made an emergency landing in the city of Irkutsk while en-route from Paris to Shanghai, due to the smoke inside the cabin, RIA NEWS reports.
