Reporters of ANNA NEWS report from Syria: the authorities of Jordan intend to open the border with Syria which has been closed since the start of the conflict. This was reported by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Jordan Ayman Safadi. According to him — Jordan wants to open the borders with Syria. The Technical Committee is currently holding the meetings on this issue. Once every detail is agreed upon — it will be possible to open the borders. ANNA NEWS previously reported that in the area of the settlement of Tanf, on the Syrian-Jordanian border, there is a US military base, in which the US shelter the terrorists. The base is being supplied by Jordan.

Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem announced that the planned negotiations between the Syrian government and the Kurdish forces in Damascus were blocked because of the «American factor». The minister confirmed that the US presence in the region prevents the reconciliation with the Kurds since they benefit from US military assistance.

As it became known to our reporter, Hungary blocked the participation of the Ukrainian delegation at a meeting in the NATO Council, which is planned for 3rd and 4th of October of this year. «The meeting of the Ukraine-NATO commission, during which the defense ministers were supposed to speak, will not take place» — the press service of the Ukrainian mission to NATO informed. The diplomats said that this time a special meeting on the situation in the eastern Ukraine won’t take place. Budapest vetoed the work of the Ukraine-NATO Commission. Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Siyarto promised that Ukraine would also face serious obstacles while joining the European Union.

The summit on the settlement of the situation in Syria for the leaders of Turkey, Russia, Germany and France may take place in Istanbul in the second half of October, Turkish President Erdogan announced after his visit to Germany. He explained that he provided the German and French parties with the information about the efforts made in cooperation with Russia and Iran, in Syria. Especially in Idlib, where the parties agreed to create a demilitarized zone after the summit in Sochi during 17th of September.

According to the Syrian media, the fighters of the Faylaq al-Rahman group left the DMZ in the province of Idlib.
