He noted that the American actions undermine the relationship between the armed forces of China and the United States. Yesterday, the United States imposed sanctions on the Department of Training and Supply of the Central Military Commission of China, as well as on its head — Li Shanfu. The sanctions were introduced because of the purchase of Russian SU-35, and S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems.

The Permanent Representative of the USA to the UN, Nikki Haley, announced that during the meeting of the UN Security Council on the next Wednesday — US President Donald Trump intends to discuss the case of Skripals, the problem of chemical weapons, the relations with Iran, and the policy towards the DPRK, TASS reports. Special attention, she added, Donald Trump intends to give to Iran. The meeting of the UN Security Council on the non-proliferation of chemical and nuclear weapons under the chairmanship of Donald Trump will be held on 26th of September.

US President Trump approved a new US strategy in the matter of cybersecurity, said his adviser on national security John Bolton. According to him — the strategy, approved by Donald Trump, was the first «clearly formulated» strategy in this matter «over the past 15 years». The new strategy lifts the restrictions on the US regarding the offensive cyber attacks. At the same time, John Bolton referred to the law, which «focuses on the infiltration operations coming from China, Russia, Iran and North Korea.» The strategy consists of the US plans to undermine «malicious cyber-activity» in its place of origin. The US relations with Russia and China were described in the document as «long-term strategic rivalry».

The Polish authorities are considering the possibility of deploying an American military base in the east of the country, TASS reports with a reference to the statement of the head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland — Michal Dvorchik. The matter of building of a permanent US military base on Polish territory was one of the topics of the negotiations between Polish President Andrzej Duda and US President Donald Trump on Tuesday, in Washington. Donald Trump said that his country is considering the possibility of building such base while noting that Poland is ready to pay more than $ 2 billions of dollars as a compensation for the presence of the US military on their territory.
