The news agency SANA reports that the United States refuse to support the terrorists in the cities of Deraa and Quneitra. The Syrian forces pose a threat to their border crossings in Jordan. The fleeing armed terrorists are being stopped by the Jordanian military transferred close to the border. There are reports of skirmishes. The Syrian army began an assault in the direction of the transition point near the city of Deraa.

There were no further official comments on this matter. Crimea joined Russia back in 2014 after a referendum.

Ukrainian radical nationalists sabotaged a commemorative stele at the entrance to the town of Ilovaisk, located east of Donetsk. According to the available information — the explosion was to occur at the time of passing of the Russian humanitarian convoy, which delivered medical supplies and baby food to Donetsk. The local law enforcement is currently trying to find the saboteurs. The memorable stele «For the defense of Ilovaisk» was installed in honor of the liberation of the town from the Ukrainian radical nationalists who tried to occupy the town back in summer of 2014, but were kicked out after fierce battles.

Ukrainian troops fired at the positions of the LPR twice over the past day. This was reported in the defense department of the Republic. The villages of Kalinovka and Logvinovo were damaged. Grenade launchers and small arms were used in the shelling.

In the DPR, over the past day, Ukrainian troops violated the ceasefire two times, firing 75 shells at the front-line regions of the Republic. Dokuchaevsk and the village of Belaya Kamenka were under attack. Mortars and weaponry of armored vehicles were used in the shelling. Yesterday, in Dokuchaevsk, two houses and a building of a local agricultural enterprise were damaged by the shelling. An apartment building was damaged in the city of Donetsk.
