The Syrians saw a column of six cars with the emblems of White Helmets arrived in the city of Idlib. She also added that the migrants arriving in Europe should not now choose their own country of living. Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Moravetski added that the resettlement of the refugees in different EU countries will be carried out on a voluntary basis.

During the EU summit in Brussels, the leaders of EU countries decided to extend the economic sanctions against Russia, imposed for the reunion with the Crimea, and Russian support of the DPR and LPR. Sanctions have been extended for six months. They impose restrictions on business ties with banks and other financial institutions in the energy and defense sectors of Russia. The restrictions will come into power after the official publication of the decision of the EU Council.

According to SANA news agency, in the south of Syria, namely in the province of Daraa, about a thousand of people surrendered to the Syrian government. It is noted that in the settlement of Shaar about 250 terrorists surrendered with their weapons. Additionally a few hundred people, who evaded the military service and were thus under investigation, surrendered to the authorities as well. In total, about 450 people surrendered in this settlement.
