Alexander Hug visited Donetsk and told about the future work of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Donbass. And he said sides don’t agree to make peace and he told about cameras near the Donetsk filtering station.

The Joint Center for Control and Coordination fixed consequence of shelling in the village Donetsky. Ukrainian fighters have been shelling this village for 2 days. They use artillery, Andrey Marochko reported today.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled 22 localities in the Donetsk People’s Republic. They used artillery, mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers, grenade launchers and small arms. A gas pipe line was damaged in Sakhanka. Villages Kominternovo and Sakhanka remain without electricity.

Ukrainian fighters opened fire on population of the town Popasnaya. As a result of quarrel between civilians and Ukrainian fighters a woman was killed and a man was wounded.

The Ukrainian Army shelled the observation center of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination near the village Bezymennoe. They used tanks and mortars. Officers sheltered in the basement.

Kiev fighters shelled the positions of the LPR People’s Militia 6 times. They opened fire on the localities Molodezhnoe, Zhelobok and Kalinovo. They used mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers and small arms; it has been reported by the Ministry of Defense. 1 soldier of the LPR People’s Militia was killed.
