Donbass, December 13th, 2017

On the 12th of December, the Armed forces of Ukraine shelled the town Dokuchaevsk from the area of the settlement Novotroitskoe with the use of infantry fighting vehicles. A fuel filling station and houses were damaged. The command of the DPR appeals to the OSCE with a request to draw attention to the daily shelling of Dokuchaevsk by Ukrainian forces.

The videoconference of the participants of the humanitarian subgroup of the Contact Group on the preparation for the exchange of the prisoners of war ended in vain. The fire was opened from artillery, mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers, antiaircraft guns and small arms. 3 civilians got injured in the town Pervomaysk. Some buildings were damaged in Stakhanov and Pervomaysk.
