Ukrainian forces shelled the village Spartak in the northern suburbs of Donetsk. The fire was opened from tanks and mortars. A representative of the DPR reported it. According to the source, under the shelling of the AFU were Dokuchaevsk and the neighborhood Yasinovataya.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine fired their positions last night again to blame the People’s Militia of the LPR for violating the Minsk agreements, Andrey Marochko said.

The efforts of the contact group to resolve the situation in Donbas do not lead to anything; the risk of a large-scale resumption of hostilities is still high. The OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger at the Warsaw Security Forum, that took place on the 8th and 9th of November in the Polish capital.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine violated the ceasefire 24 times; it was reported in the operational command of the DPR. 15 settlements of the Republic were under the fire. They used mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers, grenade launchers and small arms.

During the past day, Kiev forces shelled the positions of the People’s Militia of the LPR 11 times. Villages Kalinovo, Frunze, Logvinovo, Kalinovka, Sokolniki, Krasny Liman, Lozovoe, Raevka and Zhelobok were subjected to fire. They used mortars, antiaircraft guns, grenade launchers and small arms.

In Gorlovka, the work was resumed at the emergency dam at the Dzerzhinsky Phenolic Plant that was damaged as a result of shelling of Ukrainian forces. The head of the representative office of the DPR in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination, Ruslan Yakubov reported. In order to monitor the situation in the work area there are observers of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission, Russian representatives in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination and «mirror» patrols on the side of the AFU.
