The Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, Alexander Hug has visited the contact line near settlements Stastye and Stanitsa Luganskaya. The LPR People’s Militia hopes his visit will speed up the process of rebuilding the bridge near Stanitsa Luganskaya, Andrey Marochko reported today. Alexander Hug is going to visit Donetsk on the 12th of October.

The Ukrainian side has disconnected the data transmission channels, and there were interruptions with access to the Internet on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Now, employees of the Ministry of Communications are working on switching to new channels of telecommunication.

The Ukrainian Army shelled 15 localities in the Donetsk People’s Republic. They used mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers, grenade launchers and small arms, Eduard Basurin reported today. A teenager was wounded in Dokuchaevk. He was taken to children’s hospital. A refinery and 2 houses were damaged in Dokuchaevsk.

Kiev fighters shelled the positions of the LPR People’s Militia 9 times. They opened fire on the localities Pervomaysk, Almaznaya, Kalinovo, Krasny Liman, Logninovo and Lozovoe. They used mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers and small arms; it has been reported by the Ministry of Defense.
