The Ukrainian Army has opened fire on the village Dolgoe of the Slavyanoserbsky district in the Lugansk People’s Republic. A cultural center was damaged. People hid in the basements. The Ukrainian fighters used mortars, grenade launchers and small arms.

The Ukrainian Army shelled 19 localities in the Donetsk People’s Republic. They used tanks, mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers, grenade launchers and small arms, Eduard Basurin reported today. 1 soldier of the DPR was killed. 2 houses were damaged in Kominternovo. A building was damaged in Dokuchaevsk.

The Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, Alexander Hug will visit the Petrovsky district of Donetsk and the area of the industrial zone near Yasinovataya on the 12th of October. He wants to talk to local residents of the villages Krasny Partizan and Kominternovo and also Alexander Hug is going to inspect the areas of the Donetsk filtration station and Yuzhnodonbassky pump station.

Kiev fighters shelled the positions of the LPR People’s Militia 7 times. They opened fire on the localities Kalinovo, Logvinovo, Zhelobok, Kalinovo-Borshchevatoe and Lozovoe. They used mortars, antiaircraft guns, grenade launchers and small arms; it has been reported by the Ministry of Defense.
