Donbass, October 27th, 2017

As a result of yesterday’s explosion in the center of Donetsk, 5 people were injured. Two children were poisoned with carbon monoxide, a 17-year-old girl’s body was burned by 98%, and two men were injured. An explosion of city gas occurred in the apartment house on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street 84 in the evening on the 26th of October. Rescuers evacuated more than 50 residents of the house, and all victims are in hospitals.

The Ukrainian soldiers took by force a city hospital №5 and converted it into a military hospital in Mariupol. Eduard Basurin, the deputy commander of the operational command of the DPR, said patients who do not need constant care are simply thrown out into the street.» He also noted that it might be due to the expected losses to the Ukrainian command after the rotation of the forces.

The 70th humanitarian convoy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation arrived in Donbass. 28 trucks delivered 290 tons of baby food, medicines and fiction literature to the residents of the DPR, and 15 cars brought 145 tons of similar cargo to the citizens of the LPR.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine shelled 14 localities in the Donetsk People’s Republic. They used mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers, grenade launchers and small arms. A house was damaged in the village Kominternovo.

Kiev forces shelled the positions of the LPR People’s Militia 8 times. They opened fire on the settlements Pervomaysk, Almaznaya, Kalinovo, Dolgoe, Zhelobok and Lozovoe. They used mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, antitank systems, grenade launchers and small arms.
