‘The New York Times’ reports while citing their intelligence source from the Middle East region that the fire at the construction site at a nuclear facility in the Iranian city of Natanz could be the result of a planted explosive device. According to the source from ‘The New York Times’ — an explosive device exploded before the fire, supposedly it was installed inside the nuclear facility. As a result of the explosion, the ground parts of the buildings, included in the structure of the nuclear facility, collapsed. There were centrifuges inside, designed to enrich uranium. Earlier the ‘Associated Press’ reported with a reference to two American scientists that the construction site at the Natanz nuclear facility coincides with the location of the cascade of the centrifuges. The goal of the negotiations was the «demobilization of the paramilitary groups» in Libya. «The development of the events on the battlefields and the progress in the negotiations in the ‘5+5’ format under the UN flag provides a new opportunity to deal with the issues, related to the Libyan paramilitary forces» — the US Foreign Ministry stated. Washington is opposed to «any foreign interference in Libya», and it insists on «an immediate ceasefire and on a return to the negotiations in the matters of security and politics under the UN flag» — the State Department concluded.
