Kherson port started its work

 Russia

The Foreign Ministers of Russia and Belarus, Sergei Lavrov and Vladimir Makei, discussed an intensive schedule of high-level diplomatic contacts. They exchanged their views on the current issues of the cooperation between countries, the union integration, and the topical international issues. They agreed to continue the contacts for a diplomatic support of the integration process within the framework of the Union State. At the end of May, Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin had a negotiation in Sochi.

2 The Donbass republics

The humanitarian corridor for leaving the chemical factory ’’Azot’’ in the city of Severodonetsk was opened on 15th of June, at 8 AM. The Russian forces guarantee the security of the route to the town of Svatovo. Ukraine requested a corridor to the town of Lisichansk, but the bridge from Severodonetsk to Lisichansk was destroyed by an order from Kiev. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that there are reasons to believe that Ukraine wants to rescue the militants, stuck at the ’’Azot’’ chemical factory. Russia offered them to surrender. Those who lay down their weapons were guaranteed the preservation of their lives, and a compliance with the norms of the Geneva Convention on the treatment of PoWs. The evacuation of the civilians, located in the «Azot», was disrupted by shelling of the humanitarian corridor by the Ukrainian military. «Evacuation is not possible at the moment» — an officer of the People’s Militia of the LPR told to the reporters.

3 Donbass

The Ukrainian forces shelled the village of Chernobaevka, in the Kherson region. 2 people died, 5 people were injured, 1 wounded person is in a serious condition. The regional administration reported that the Ukrainian forces fired a missile from the city of Nikolaev, controlled by Ukraine. The local market and the stadium were hit. The Ukrainian nationalists shelled the city of Donetsk — 2 women were injured. 1 woman was wounded in the village of Luganskoe. The Ukrainian nationalists attacked the town of Yasinovataya and the village of Mineralnoe with MLRS ’Grad’. The town of Gorlovka and some other settlements were under fire. Over the past day, the DPR was attacked over 60 times.

4 Poland

Starting from 1st of July, the Polish government will stop paying the compensation to the citizens who host the Ukrainian refugees. Most Poles support this decision. The amount of financial aid was 40 PLN per day for each person who was provided with an accommodation and meals. According to the mass media reports — the cancellation of payments is designed to encourage the Ukrainians in Poland to be more independent. Earlier the Polish President, Andrzej Duda, lamented that Warsaw and Budapest have to manage the influx of refugees without any help from the EU. As of mid-May, more than 3 millions of Ukrainians have arrived to Poland since the start of the Russian special operation in Ukraine.

5 Russia

The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, invited the CNN reporters to talk with the representatives of the Donbass region. On 15th of June, during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, she stated that the foreign journalists do not objectively report about the situation in that region. «I highly suggest you to interview the representative of Donbass, who is in this building. He is your colleague. Talk to him for starters» — Maria Zakharova stated, and added that the CNN won’t allow such footage to be published, since then the CNN itself will be occupied by paid protesters, and then the CNN will be canceled, just like anyone else who shows the truth.

6 Donbass

On 15th of June, the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region announced the resumption of the work of port of Kherson. Currently the port is preparing for the cargo trans-shipment. The infrastructure is being restored at the moment. The Kherson administration added that Andrey Haritonov became the head of the port. The river navigation is one of the priorities for the future infrastructure development of the Kherson region.
