Kiev hinders the work of the OSCE

On 23rd of April, the head of the press service of the people’s militia department of the DPR, Major Daniil Bezsonov announced that the Ukrainian commander of the “United Force Operation”, Sergey Naev, tasked the brigade commanders to, by any means, prevent the OSCE mission observers from seeing the Ukrainian heavy weapons, relocated to the line of contact, which in itself was a violation of the Minsk agreements. The OSCE drones are constantly being jammed, and they are constantly being fired upon from air defense weapons.

2 On their first day on the front-line in the area of Mariinka — the militants of the ‘Azov’ battalion, during the morning twilight, fired upon the house number 20, on Shevchenko Street, in the village of Aleksandrovka. A bit later, the observers of the People’s Militia of the DPR noticed the movement of a sniper platoon to the Ukrainian positions in a destroyed farm.

3 The DPR soldiers reported that after the first round of elections in Ukraine — the frontline positions of the Ukrainian troops near the settlement Spartak were reinforced with national battalions. Namely, ‘the Right Sector’, an organization banned in Russia.

4 The LPR authorities sent to the territory, controlled by Kiev, 60 prisoners that were convicted before the start of the conflict in Donbas. The convicts expressed their desire to serve their sentence outside the LPR. Earlier, from December of 2018 to March of 2019, the LPR handed over 135 such people to Kiev. They wished to serve their punishment on the territory of Ukraine. The transfer took place on the contact line near the settlement of Schastiie, with the participation of the representatives of the LPR in the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination of the cease-fire.
