As the Associated Press noted — the tests may begin even before the INF treaty expires in August. According to the sources of the Associated Press — the first project is a low-altitude cruise missile with a range of about a 1000 of km. The other one is a ballistic missile with a range of 3,000 to 4,000 km. During the test, both missiles won’t have nuclear warheads. The Washington Post stated that the Donald Trump administration «does not plan to seek the advanced deployment of the nuclear warheads in Europe again». However — «there is a possibility of deployment of medium-range ballistic missiles on Guam, which could pose a potential threat to China and Russia»
Jorge Rodriguez, the Vice-President and the Minister of Communications and Information of Venezuela announced that the power supply in Venezuela was fully restored — Interfax reports. «Today, the power supply at the national level has been restored to 100%» — Jorge Rodriguez announced and added that in some places there are still problems with the electricity due to the exploded transformers. The Vice-President urged Venezuelans to save the energy. Jorge Rodriguez also said that from 14th of March, all the labor activity in the country will be resumed. The school activities are being suspended for another 24 hours.

Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputovich announced that Poland wants to become the core of the military presence of the NATO and the United States in the region — RIA NEWS reports. “Our main priority remains to be the enhancement of the NATO’s military presence on its own eastern flank. In particular, the enhancement of the military cooperation between Poland and the United States” — said Jacek Chaputovich during his speech on Thursday in the Polish parliament. Earlier, Poland offered the US to place an American armored division in Poland on a permanent basis, with the following expenses — about 1.5 to 2 billions of dollars — being paid by Poland itself. The Russian Parliament adopted a law on the increased criminal responsibility for the creation of organized criminal groups — RIA NEWS reports. The formation and the management of an organized criminal group will be punished with imprisonment for 12 to 20 years, and also fined for up to 5 millions of rubles. The participation in the meetings of the organizers of a criminal group is punishable for the same prison time, and a fine of up to 1 million of rubles. The leaders of organized criminal groups will face 15 to 20 years in prison, and fines up to 5 millions of rubles, and even a life-long sentence. This bill was introduced in the Russian Parliament by Vladimir Putin.
