In violation of the humanitarian cease-fire, announced by the Libyan National Army due to the Ramadan and due to the pandemic — those armed groups continue fighting. Acts of retaliation are taking place in the settlements. Some members of the international terrorist organizations, who were convicted of serious crimes, have escaped from prisons as well.” — the ‘TASS’ news agency quoted the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
