1 Azerbaijan

The press service of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported that the Azerbaijani troops entered the Agdam region. «According to the document, signed by the President of Azerbaijan, the President of Russia, and the Prime Minister of Armenia — on 20th of November the Azerbaijani troops entered the Agdam region» — the report stated.

2 Azerbaijan

The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, in his address to the nation, announced the transfer of the Agdam region under the control of Baku. His speech was broadcast by the local TV channels. «A master plan will be prepared and the specialists will be involved. Infrastructure projects will be implemented. Administrative buildings, social facilities, roads will be built. Other necessary work will be carried out as well. The state will provide an aid to the citizens for their return» — Aliyev stated and added that the demining activities will be carried out first of all in the Agdam region. After the end of mine clearance — the implementation of the infrastructure projects will start. In his words, the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict is over. Ilham Aliyev stated that Baku is ready to establish normal relations with «sane authorities» in Armenia, if they come to power.

3 Armenia

An opposition rally is taking place in the city of Yerevan. The protesters demand the resignation of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan. They gathered near the parliament building and the presidential administration. It was reported that in the city of Yerevan, the protesters blocked several central streets. Since the activists blocked the roads with their own cars — the police had to call some tow trucks to pull the cars away. The police then proceeded to arrest the protesters. It was noted that the policemen forced the protesters to move away the roads.

4 Armenia

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that 20 more transport aircraft delivered Russian peacekeepers to Armenia. «Another 18 Russian military Il-76 aircraft, and 2 An-124 aircraft, loaded with equipment and peacekeepers from the 15th peacekeeping brigade, which were sent to Armenia to participate in the peacekeeping operation in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, have landed on the airfields of the city of Yerevan» — the report stated. The Russian aircraft delivered 33 pieces of equipment to Armenia, such as armored vehicles «Tiger» and «Lynx», off-road trucks, repair and recovery vehicles, and other material and technical support vehicles.

5 India — China

‘The Hindustan Times’ reported while citing their Indian military sources that China has secretly deployed additional troops to the border with India, in the Sikkim region, and in the central and eastern sectors that are close to the line of control that separates the two countries. The sources noted that these actions «reduce the chances of the restoration of the status quo, and the end of the tensions in eastern Ladakh». It was reported that the Chinese army has established new bases for surface-to-air missiles near the control line. China has deployed additional squadrons of military drones and military transport aircraft at airfields in Tibet. China also continues the construction of new deployment sites, and logistics bases for their military equipment. The Chinese army has deployed an EW center in order to suppress the signals of Indian communication satellites GSAT at 60 km away from the border of the state of Arunachal Pradesh, at the point of Nyanglu. The Indian military noted the intensification of the intelligence activities by the Chinese army along the control line. The newspaper underlined that the increased military activity of the Chinese army along the control line forces India to »maintain an increased combat readiness of Indian troops on the border with China.»
