Rocket strike «Tochka-U» on Kramatorsk // Dead and wounded
1 Donbass
On 8th of April, at 11 AM, the Ukrainian forces launched a Tochka-U missile attack with cluster warheads at the Kramatorsk railway station, where about 4,000 people had gathered. At least 39 people were killed, and about 100 were injured. Ukraine and the Western countries are trying to push their own terrorist attack as an attack of the Russian forces — the Ukrainian forces put the inscription “for children” on the booster part of a missile. On 7th of April an evacuation was announced in Kramatorsk. There were many women and children at the time of the impact of the two missiles. Vladimir Zelenski spoke about the Tochka-U missile strike. Part of the missile is clearly visible on the video footage from eyewitnesses. The Russian, the DPR, and the LPR forces do not have ’Tochka-U’ tactical missile systems. The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that there were no combat missions planned for 8th of April in the city of Kramatorsk.
2 Donbass
The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that «all the statements from the representatives of the Ukrainian nationalistic regime about the supposed Russian missile attack on 8th of April on the railway station in the city of Kramatorsk are fake news. We underline that the ’’Tochka-U’’ tactical missiles, the wreckage of which was found near the Kramatorsk railway station and was published by the eyewitnesses, are being used only by the Ukrainian forces” — the Russian Defense Ministry stated. The Tochka-U missiles are not in service of Russia and the Donbass republics. A missile attack on the center of Donetsk on 14th of March was also carried out by the Ukrainian forces with the use of Tochka-U.
3 Donbass
From 1st to 7th of April, 212 law enforcement officers and 49 civilians were killed in the DPR. 706 law enforcement officers and 276 civilians were injured — according to the Ombudsman of the DPR. According to the official information — the total number of deaths since 2014 is 6271 people, including 96 children — the RIA NEWS reported.
4 Australia — Ukraine
Australia has begun the deliveries of their APCs for the needs of Ukraine, as part of the recently announced military help to Ukraine. The first APCs have already arrived to Ukraine. In total, Australia promised to send 20 ’Bushmasters’, both combat and medical versions. According to the Ukrainian authorities, the first 4 APCs have already arrived. The APCs are being flown by transport planes to Europe and then delivered to Ukraine. Australia has more than a 1,000 of ’’Bushmasters’’. Only 20 APCs will be sent to Ukraine. The Ukrainian forces may have problems with the repair and maintenance of the Australian equipment, since Ukraine doesn’t have spare parts, and the specialists, trained to use the ’Bushmasters’.
5 Slovakia — Ukraine
Slovakia delivered one «S-300 PMU» anti-aircraft missile system to Ukraine. The information was confirmed by the Prime Minister of Slovakia — Eduard Heger. “This is a responsible decision by which Slovakia, as a country that supports peace, freedom, and the protection of the human rights, provides an aid in a form of a purely defensive system to Ukraine and their innocent citizens. We believe that the missile system will help to save as many innocent Ukrainians as possible from the aggression of the Putin’s regime. Donating the system doesn’t mean that Slovakia became a part of the conflict in Ukraine. I assure you that the defense of Slovakia is still secured, and in the coming days it will be enhanced by an additional missile defense system from our allies» — he stated. According to the representatives of Slovakia, the transfer of the missile system to Ukraine was carried out secretly over two days. Judging by the published pictures, the vehicles of the system were sent to Ukraine via the rail road. According to some reports, the Slovak S-300 PMU may have up to 12 launchers.
6 Russia
While speaking about the duration of the military operation, the press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, stated that the goals of the Russian military special operation in Ukraine are being achieved, and a precise work is being carried out, both on the line of negotiators and in the military matters. The journalists asked him if Russia really hopes to complete the operation in Ukraine «in the coming days, in the near future». On 7th of April, Dmitry Peskov stated in an interview to the British news agency ’’Sky News’’ that Russia hopes that the special operation in Ukraine would achieve its goals in the coming days, in the near future.
