Serbian Armed Forces raised the level of readiness

1 Russia — Turkey — Ukraine The Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, plans to hold telephone negotiations with the presidents of Russia and Ukraine, Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky, on the grain deal — the Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told to the reporters on 1st of November. 2 Republics of Donbass The People’s Militia of the DPR announced the capture of a Ukrainian stronghold in the settlement of Nevelskoye. «A large amount of weapons, including foreign-made weapons, were captured after the fight. PoWs were captured as well» — the DPR forces reported on their Telegram channel. Nevelskoye is a settlement in the Yasinovatsky District of the DPR. It is located about 20 kilometers west of Donetsk. Meanwhile on the Kherson frontline the Russian forces repelled a new attack of the Ukrainian forces in the Berislav area — Kirill Stremousov reported. He specified that there is currently no major Ukrainian offensive. According to him, there were only some «attempts to break through», which can be stopped. The Russian ministry of defense reported that over the past day, the Russian military made it difficult for the Ukrainian high command to control their forces after a massive attack. The actions of the Russian forces significantly slowed down the transportation of the Ukrainian reserves to the combat areas by rail-roads. A criminal case was initiated against 6 detainees under the article «Participation in the activities of an extremist organization». During the searches in the places of residence of the members of the organization, some banned extremist books and other items were found that prove their adherence to the radical religious practice. The searches took place not only in Moscow, but also in Voronezh, and Dagestan. All the circumstances of the committed crimes are currently being investigated.

4 Finland — Turkey — Hungary The Finnish Prime Minister, Sanna Marin, called on Hungary and Turkey to approve Sweden and Finland’s NATO membership bids without a delay — the ’Reuters’ reported. Hungary and Turkey are the only NATO members that have yet to ratify the applications. “All the attention is on Hungary and Turkey. We are waiting for those countries to ratify our applications. Sweden and Finland have expressed their desire to join the NATO in May, 2022. They faced objections from Turkey, which accused them of harboring terrorists.
