Sniper groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine arrived at the fronts of Donbass || Спецпроект 16.01.2022

Intelligence service of the people’s militia of the LPR reported about the arrival of 3 Ukrainian sniper groups on the frontline in Donbass. Those snipers were trained by instructors from Lithuania — the «Donbass Today» news website reported.

The LPR military specified that the Ukrainian military command reinforced the Svetlodarsk region with a sniper group in order to carry out sabotage and provocations against the People’s Militia of the LPR.

During the official briefing the day before, Alexander Mazeikin, an officer of the press service of the defense department of the LPR, reported about the arrival of snipers.

«According to our intelligence, 3 sniper pairs, trained by Lithuanian instructors, have arrived in the area of responsibility of the 30th brigade of Ukrainian troops — to the village of Svetlodarsk» — the report stated.

«The gathered intelligence, obtained after the arrival of the Ukrainian snipers, contains their missions, given by the Ukrainian high command. They will fire at the positions of the people’s militia of the LPR in order to provoke return fire, which will be recorded by the representatives of the Ukrainian mass media organizations ’’Dom’’ and ’’ICTV’’.
