Including 3 kindergartens, 3 schools and 2 hospitals. 22 civilians, including 3 children and 9 women, were injured. During a shelling of the village of Golmovskii, near the town of Gorlovka, an elderly woman received a fatal heart wound. Denis Pushilin added that the actions of the Ukrainian army are obvious crimes against humanity. They violate not only the Minsk agreements, but also all the norms of the international law.

In the early morning of 11th of July, the frontline village of Lukovo, in the Telmanovo district, was subjected to a massive artillery shelling by the Ukrainian troops. More than 20 private houses, a school, and the administration building were damaged.

The head of the press service of the department of the People’s Militia of the DPR, Daniil Bezsonov, announced that the Ukrainian troops are disrupting the flights of the UAVs of the OSCE special monitoring mission in Donbas, in order to hide the heavy artillery on the frontline. «We have discovered several cases of the activity of the mobile electronic warfare groups from the Ukrainian 305th EW battalion, mainly in the Mariupol direction, where they actively use the barrel artillery, prohibited by the Minsk agreements, for the last three days» — Daniel Bezsonov explained.

The Ukrainian troops opened 120mm mortar fire from the village of Dzerzhinsk at the village Gagarin’s mines, located near the town of Gorlovka. The local power lines were damaged by the shelling. The operational group of the DPR Representative Office at the joint center for the control and coordination visited the shelled area.
