Summary events of Novorossiya, April 2, 2017

The Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic 35 times. They used heavy mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers, antiaircraft guns, grenade launchers and small arms. 1 soldier of the DPR was wounded, Eduard Basurin reported today. Earlier the participants of the Contact Group agreed on a truce in Minsk, beginning since at midnight on the 1st of April.
Ukrainian self-propelled guns were detected in the village Krymskoe. And 15 units of weapons and military equipment were registered in the locality Muratovo, the official representative of the LPR People’s Militia Andrey Marochko reported today.
Kiev fighters shelled the positions of the LPR People’s Militia 2 times. They opened fire on the villages Kalinovka and Smeloe. They used infantry fighting vehicles and antiaircraft guns; it has been reported by the Ministry of Defense.
The Centre of the social assistance and administrative service for participants of the humanitarian program in Donbass was opened near the check-point “Elenovka” to the south-west of the DPR. It’s the first centre in the Republic. And 3 more centers will be opened in the DPR.
