NATO announced the threat to their communication channels coming from the Russian electronic warfare hardware. the EU Council announced that the EU imposed sanctions against 9 people for organizing elections in the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics on 11th of November. «The EU Council approved the introduction of the restrictive measures against 9 individuals for the organization of the illegal elections in the Lugansk and Donetsk regions» — the document says, TASS reports. The sanctions will come into force after their publication in the Official Journal of the EU.
