1 Russia

The Russian FSB conducted a special operation in 23 regions of Russia against the MKU group, created, presumably, under the control of the Ukrainian special services, with the aim of carrying out terrorist attacks and massacres in Russia. During the searches in houses of detainees, weapons — hunting and homemade — were found. There were no documents for those weapons. Correspondence with the Ukrainian curator was found in their phones. There were photos and videos of actions, instructions for their implementations, and the involvement of new participants.

2 The DPR

The Ukrainian forces continue the heavy shelling of the settlements of the DPR with large-caliber artillery. More than 120 shells were fired at the DPR over the past 5 hours. The Petrovsky district of the city of Donetsk was attacked with MLRS ’Grad’. The town of Gorlovka was attacked by the Ukrainian forces as well. A rocket from an MLRS «Uragan» hit a residential 9-story building in the city of Donetsk. 2 people died, 8 were injured. According to the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination — the attack took place from between the towns of Avdeevka and Peski. The building was badly damaged, there is a threat of collapse. Structure of several floors, according to the experts, is in a critical condition.

3 The DPR

Denis Pushilin reported that the DPR liberated about 60% of the DPR. He added that the operation aimed to free the entire DPR is going faster. It is impossible to speak about the completion dates so far. The Russian forces managed to destroy one of the important positions of the Ukrainian forces near the city of Kharkov. 4 Ukraine

Ukraine essentially agreed to the Russian fundamental demands of not joining the NATO, and refusing to deploy foreign military bases — the head of the Russian delegation, Vladimir Medinsky, stated. The people’s militia of the DPR called the situation ’critical’. The Ukrainian nationalists are also preparing fake videos about the Russian military. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the videos have staged looting and massacres of civilians, supposedly committed by the fighters of the special operation to protect Donbass.

6 China

There is no upper limit to Russian-Chinese cooperation, the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin stated during a briefing, while noting the joint opposition to the world hegemony. Wang Wenbin added that the relations between Russia and China aren’t directed against any third party. As permanent members of the UN Security Council, Russia and China are developing relations according to the principles of non-alignment with blocs — he concluded. The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov went to China where he has a series of scheduled negotiations. Sergei Lavrov stated during a meeting with the Chinese Foreign Minister, Wang Yi, a member of the State Council of China, that Russia, China, and other like-minded countries will move together towards a multi-polar and fair world order.
