1 Ukraine

The latest news on the progress of the Special Military Operation. The Russian air forces attacked the Nazi regiment ’Azov’, located in the city of Kharkov, and one of the Ukrainian battalions of the 92nd Motorized Infantry Brigade, located near the village of Pokotilovka, in the Kharkov region. More than 100 Ukrainian servicemen and foreign mercenaries were killed. Up to 15 combat vehicles were destroyed. Igor Konashenkov noted that the poor training of the Ukrainian troops, mobilized to participate in the hostilities, as well as the low level of training of the foreign mercenaries, are becoming the reason of friendly fire. The Ukrainian recruits that have arrived to join the 97th battalion of the 60th Infantry Brigade were subjected to a Ukrainian mortar fire. A similar incident took place in the 28th Ukrainian mechanized brigade. The foreign mercenaries opened fire on a reconnaissance group of the brigade. 4 Ukrainian servicemen died on the spot, 3 were injured.

2 Ukraine

Dmitry Peskov declined to comment on the missile attack on a weapons and ammo depot in the Ukrainian city of Kremenchug. He noted that the Russian Ministry of Defense gave enough explanations on the situation. Igor Konashenkov reported that on 27th of June the Russian Air Force used high-precision missiles to destroy the Ukrainian weapons and ammo, received from the USA and Europe. The target was near the local road machines factory. When the ammo detonated — an empty shopping center caught fire as well. Dmitry Peskov noted that the Russian Ministry of Defense rejects the Ukrainian claims that the attack was carried out on the shopping center.

3 Europe

«The G7 summit shows that the leaders of the Western countries can’t develop a unified approach to the national security, and be responsible for the decisions» — the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated and clarified that the summit demonstrated the crisis of the liberal system. She added that the leaders of the G7 are a group of people who can’t make even 1 decision that concerns their own national security. The G7 summit is held in Bavaria, at the Elmau castle. In addition to the G7 countries, India, Indonesia, South Africa, Senegal and Argentina are participating as guests on the summit. The issues of the export of grain from Ukraine, anti-Russian sanctions, and humanitarian assistance to other countries were discussed at the summit.

4 The LPR

The representative office of the LPR in the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire stated that the HIMARS missile, used in the attack on the town of Perevalsk, carried a cluster warhead. There were no injuries or casualties as a result of the attack. Andrei Marochko, an officer of the People’s Militia of the LPR, stated that the LPR forces tracked the movement of the American MLRS ’HIMARS’, used to attack Perevalsk. On 28th of June the Ukrainian forces attacked Perevalsk with ’M142 HIMARS’, sent from the USA.

5 Syria

The US forces killed an al-Qaeda leader in north of Syria — the ’Shafaq’ reported while citing a statement from the Pentagon Central Command. According to the latest reports, the leader was killed during an UAV attack in the Syrian province of Idlib. At the time of the strike, the terrorist was riding a motorcycle in the north of the province.

6 Turkey

Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated before leaving for the NATO summit in Madrid that he wants Sweden and Finland to know that, if they really want to become NATO members, then they must do certain things first — the Reuters reported. The Reuters noted that the statement was made just before Erdogan’s departure for the NATO summit in Madrid. The summit will also discuss the membership of the two Nordic countries in the NATO. According to Erdogan — Sweden and Finland should take into account the Turkish concerns if they don’t want Turkey to continue to block their joining into the NATO.
