The official representative of the LPR People’s Militia Andrey Marochko said some commanders of Ukrainian battalions have a responsibility for the explosion of a car belonging to the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission on the 23rd of April and the shelling of the village Fruze on the 7th of May. The Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled 21 localities in the Donetsk People’s Republic. They used tanks, mortars, artillery, infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers, grenade launchers and small arms. 5 houses were damaged in the west of Donetsk, Gorlovka and in the suburb of Yasinovataya.

They used mortars, grenade launchers and small arms; it has been reported by the Ministry of Defense. 3 civilians were killed and 10 wounded for a week, Eduard Basurin reported today.
