The shelling of Donbas doesn’t stop

On 26th of June, Ukrainian troops shelled the central square of the village of Kominternovo. The village has a humanitarian aid handout point, and a village council in the former local ‘house of culture’. 60mm mortars were used during the shelling. The USSR army didn’t use mortars of such caliber, but they are in use by the NATO countries.

Ukrainian troops have placed their MLRS »Grad» on the territory of the thermal power plant in the town of Shastie. Due to this event — the repair work was stopped. The repair crew and their equipment were evacuated.

The people’s militia of the LPR demined the secondary roads in the area of withdrawal of the military forces and equipment near the village of Luganskaya. This was announced by the LPR representative in the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime, Roman Ivanov. He said that the People’s Militia continues the withdrawal of military forces and assets at the area No. 1, near the village of Luganskaya. “This process takes place under supervision of the OSCE special monitoring mission. All the actions take place simultaneously, in accordance with the reached agreements» — Roman Ivanov concluded.

Almost 200 Ukrainian paratroopers, currently serving in the zone of the so-called «joint force operation,» filed dismissal reports. This was announced by the officer of the press service of the People’s Militia of the LPR — Ivan Filiponenko. He told that the number of servicemen from the military units of the operational-tactical group «North» that currently want to terminate their military service has increased.
