The Ukrainian forces hinder the work of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission
«The Ukrainian troops used electronic warfare stations against the UAVs of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission near the villages of Stepanovka and Umanskoye» — an officer of the press service of the LPR People’s Militia Department, Ivan Filiponenko, reported during a briefing. He called on the international observers of the OSCE mission «to give an assessment of the actions of the Ukrainian troops, and to force Kiev to comply with the agreements»
On 24th of November, the Ukrainian troops opened fire from the village of Krasnogorovka at the village of Staromikhailovka. They used anti-tank grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms. As a result of the shelling, houses number 8 and 12 on the Dnepropetrovskaya street were damaged. Fortunately no-one was hurt.
«204 residents of the town of Gorlovka died, and about 40,000 left their homes since the start of the armed conflict in Donbass» — the head of the Gorlovka administration, Ivan Prikhodko, said during an interview to the RT. He added that about 2,500 private houses, and 854 high-rise buildings were damaged in Gorlovka.
«During the repair of the bridge near Stanitsa Luganskaya, Ukraine violated the agreements reached in Minsk — the width of the new span was less than 3 meters” — said Olga Kobtseva, the representative of the Republic in the subgroup, the head of the working group for the exchange of the LPR PoWs. The statement was made after the meeting of the working group on humanitarian issues. She noted that the reliability of the new bridge span raises a concern.
