The article says that 3 months ago the United States spoke about 3 such divisions. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov announced that Moscow never received any evidence from the United States on the alleged violation of the INF treaty by Russia. The US continue sticking to their position. They are moving towards a moratorium on the fulfillment of all their obligations.

The European partners of the Venezuelan oil and gas company PDVSA suspended their purchases of oil after the introduction of US sanctions against the company — TASS reports with a reference to Reuters. According to Reuters — the decision was made because of the possible sanctions against PDVSA by the EU. On Thursday, the head of EU diplomacy, Federica Mogerini, announced that the sanctions are possible, but they will be directed against «specific individuals who use violence, or demolish democracy».
