Third round of talks between Russia and Ukraine / The military operation continues

1 Donbass

The Russian and the LPR forces are conducting a joint operation to liberate the territory of the LPR. They are reaching the administrative boundaries of the former Lugansk region — the «Donbass Today» news website stated on 7th of March while citing the head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik. «The allowances and pensions are being paid in the liberated territories» — the journalists quoted his words. The battle for the liberation of Donbass continues. Recently, during the assault on the town of Volnovakha, the battalion commander of the famous DPR combat group ’’Sparta’’, Vladimir Zhoga, died. Vladimir Putin awarded him the title of a Hero of Russia for his heroism and the courage, shown during the performance of his civic duty. The main goals of the Russian military are still the de-militarization and de-nazification of Ukraine, as well as the complete protection of the DPR and LPR from the Ukrainian aggression.

2 Donbass

The Ukrainian forces attacked the Lugansk oil depot with a «Tochka-U» tactical missile system. A fire broke out at the oil depot as a result — the LPR’s People’s Militia reported. «Additional information on the civilian casualties and the damage to the infrastructure is being specified» — the press service of the People’s Militia of the LPR reported. The locals have published the footage of the fire at the Lugansk oil depot — one of the fuel tanks was on fire.

3 Ukraine

Ukraine is strongly rejecting a cooperation on the evacuation of civilians from the cities of Mariupol, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Poltava towards the Russian borders. Several civilian vehicles and some civilians on foot were fired upon by the Ukrainian forces without a warning. The local authorities, who are under the complete control of the Ukrainian nationalists, still insist on the exit routes for the civilians of the besieged cities only in the direction of the war zone.

4 Ukraine

A battle is taking place near the tactically important city of Izyum, in the Kharkiv region. The capture of the city of Izyum will allow the Russian forces to enhance their flank — the so-called «Donbas arc», continue the offensive, and enter the rear areas of the Ukrainian forces. During the day time, the Russian Air Force carried out air-strikes on the airfields from which some Ukrainian planes are still taking off in the direction of Kiev and Donbass. The airfield of the city of Vinnitsa was destroyed — the Ukrainian 456th separate aviation brigade was deployed on that airfield. Over the past 2 days, 11 Ukrainian planes were destroyed. The Ukrainian air defense systems all over Ukraine are being systematically destroyed. In the city of Kharkov, the Ukrainian nationalists move around the city and fight with the Russian special forces. The Ukrainian forces are firing at the living houses in the residential areas of Kharkov from their firing positions located inside the residential areas. The local TV tower was destroyed as well. The Ukrainian TV channels stopped the broadcasting. The internet is up so far. Military installations in different parts of the city were damaged and destroyed with precise strikes. The Ukrainian nationalists are trying to get out of the city. They announce their own conditions of humanitarian corridors to the command of the Russian forces. The situation is changing with every hour.

5 Belarus

The negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations have started in Belarus — the Russian Embassy in Belarus reported. The composition of the Russian delegation hasn’t changed. It is being headed by the Assistant to the Russian President, Vladimir Medinsky, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia, Andrey Rudenko, the Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia, Alexander Fomin, the Russian Ambassador to Belarus, Boris Gryzlov, and the Head of the International Affairs Committee from the Russian Parliament, Leonid Slutsky. The Ukrainian delegation is being headed by the adviser to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Mikhail Podolyak, the head of the ruling political party «Servant of the People» in the Ukrainian Parliament — David Arakhamia, the Ukrainian Minister of Defense — Aleksiy Reznikov, and some other Ukrainian politicians — the RIA NEWS reported.

6 Ukraine

«The Russian Ministry of Defense has repeatedly pointed at the military biological programs that are being implemented by the Pentagon in the post-Soviet space. Ukraine has an entire network of more than 30 bio-labs, which can be divided into the research and the sanitary-epidemiological bio-labs» — the head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection of the Russian Forces, Igor Kirillov, stated.

7 Hungary

The Hungarian Prime Minister, Viktor Orban, made a statement that Budapest won’t supply weapons to Kiev — the TASS reported. According to the official — his government has issued a decree that prohibits the supply of weapons to Ukraine from its territory. Viktor Orban made such statement during a meeting of the National Security Operational HQ. Supposedly the Hungarian politicians and officials analyzed the situation, after which a corresponding decree was signed. Constantine Reztsov, specially for the ANNA NEWS
