Ukraine again refused to comply with the Minsk agreements

He mentioned that the Ukrainian delegation didn’t respond to the proposals of the DPR and LPR on the implementation of the Minsk agreements. The proposals from the LPR and the DPR were given via Germany. The head of the Ukrainian presidential administration, Andriy Yermak, who is currently heading the Ukrainian delegation at the negotiations, didn’t even quote the provisions of the Minsk agreements in the draft final document.

3 Syria
