Ukrainian forces continue to shell Donbass

1 On 12th of August, at 05:55 AM, the Ukrainian troops carried out a massive shelling of the village of «October». They used 122mm artillery pieces, and also — 120 mm and 82 mm mortars. As a result of the shelling — the buildings, the power grid and the gas supply lines were damaged. The operational group of the Representatives of the DPR in the joint control and coordination center visited the settlement, and recorded the consequences of the shelling.

2 On 13th of August, the Ukrainian troops, once again, violated the ceasefire by shelling the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic in the area of the settlement of ‘Zolotoe-5’, also known as Mikhailovka. A house building and a school were damaged.

3 On 14th of August, the Ukrainian troops, once again, fired on the village near the Gagarin’s mine. The residential building at «82 Artillery Street» was damaged by the ATGMs. As a result of the shelling — two apartments were left without a roof. Several beams inside the building were damaged. About 150 sheets of slate require replacement. The repair work on the roof is already underway.

4 Starting from 1st of August, the specialists from the Lugansk People’s Republic Emergency Services neutralized more than 200 explosive items, found at the ‘Stanitsa Luganskaya’ checkpoint in Donbass — the LPR People’s Militia press service announced. According to them — the representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission constantly monitored the progress of the mine clearance. They recorded the intensive mine-clearing work of the LPR on the both sides of the bridge.
