Unsuccessful landing of Ukrainian troops in Energodar

1 Republic of Donbass

Donbass is under fire. 13 rescuers were killed in the DPR — their group came under a targeted fire from Ukrainian radicals in the Krasnolimansky area, in the village of Rubtsi. 9 people were injured. Donetsk is under Ukrainian fire as well. 3 mines were cut off the grid, over 40 miners are trapped underground. A gas pipeline was damaged in the Kievsky district of the city of Donetsk. In the Kirovsky district of the city, 2 people were killed, 1 was injured. The town of Enerhodar is under fire as well — the Ukrainian forces fired 60 shells. 3 locals died, 1 was wounded. The attacks took place right before the visit of the I-A-E-A delegation to the Zaporozhye NPP.

2 Ukraine

A member of the main council of the administration of the Zaporozhye region, Vladimir Rogov, stated that the Ukrainian landing forces, which tried to seize the territory of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, were trained in the West. «According to the information that I have — those people were trained by the British and the Polish special services. They returned to Ukraine via Odessa, at the end of August» — he explained, and advised the blocked Ukrainian landing troops to surrender in order to avoid an imminent death. Recently, 60 Ukrainian servicemen landed near the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, after a massive shelling of the town of Enerhodar. All of them were quickly found and suppressed by the artillery. 47 terrorists from Ukraine were killed. 3 were taken prisoner. 12 are currently surrounded by the Russian forces. Additionally, 2 self-propelled barges with the Ukrainian landing forces, which left the city of Nikopol, were sunk near the village of Vodyanoe.

3 Ukraine

The Russian forces stopped an attack of the Ukrainian forces near Kharkov. The Ukrainian forces lost more than 50 people — the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense reported. «The Ukrainian forces in the Kharkov region were stopped near the village of Russkie Tishki, after parts of the Ukrainian 14th mechanized brigade took loses. The 56 surviving Ukrainian servicemen tried to run back to Kharkov» — the Russian ministry stated, and specified that the retreating Ukrainian servicemen were shot by the militants from the Ukrainian Nationalistic Battalion «Kraken». Most of them were killed.

4 Ukraine

The head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, left the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant — the RIA NEWS reported. On 1st of September the mission, led by Grossi, arrived at the Zaporozhye NPP. The head of the delegation of «Rosatom» and the employees of the Zaporozhye NPP led the IAEA delegation through the plant, and showed the sections of the station that were damaged during the shelling by Ukrainian troops. Rafael Grossi stated that the IAEA delegation had collected a lot of information. «I saw the key things that I wanted to see» — he stated. Earlier it was reported that the IAEA specialists will remain at the NPP even after the departure of the mission. They will stay at the nuclear power plant until 3rd of September — a member of the main council of the military-civilian administration of the Zaporozhye region, Vladimir Rogov, reported.

5 Israel

Clashes between the IDF and the Palestinians took place in the West Bank — the ’Maan’ reported. The skirmishes took place in the cities of Al-Bira and Nablus, on the afternoon of 1st of September. During the clashes, the IDF opened fire with live weapons. 2 protesters were killed. One of the victims was fatally shot in his neck while driving in his car in a close proximity to the protest area. The other Palestinian died after being shot in his chest while participating in the protest at the entrance to the city of Al-Bira. The clashes began after the Israeli authorities tried to arrest several Palestinians, suspected of organizing riots.

6 Iraq

Street fire-fights began in the port city of Basra, south of Iraq — the ’Al-Hadath’ reported on 1st of September. The clashes involve the militants from 2 rival groups of Shia Muslims. Right before the clashes, the supporters of one group accused their rivals of using weapons against peaceful protesters, and lobbying for the interests of foreign powers. According to the preliminary data — the skirmishes are taking place in the city center. The Iraqi security forces are trying to blockade the area in order to prevent casualties among the locals.
