1 Afghanistan

The Taliban terrorists have been banned from entering the amusement parks in Afghanistan with their weapons and military uniforms — the Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid stated on Twitter while citing a government order. He noted that the Mujahideen are obliged to strictly observe all the rules and regulations of the amusement parks.

2 Iraq

The Iraqi Security Service denounced the Turkish incursion on the Iraqi sovereignty, and an attack on the regions of Sinjar and Mahmour in the north of Iraq — the Sana News reported. Iraq rejects any violation of the Iraqi sovereignty and territorial integrity by any party. Iraq urges Turkey to comply with the international agreements and stop the violations, to respect the common interests of both countries. As a result of the shelling, 8 people were killed, several others were injured.

3 The LPR

The LPR’s intelligence services reported that Ukraine plans to use aviation during the offensive operation in Donbass. Ukraine is currently practicing the offensive operations in urban areas. According to the LPR — Ukraine is going to send so-called militias to the contact line. The LPR stated that the formation of territorial defense units is nothing more than a covert mobilization, carried out by the Ukrainian leadership.

4 The UN

Moscow sees no point in calling of a new summit in the Normandy format until the agreements, reached during the Paris meeting in 2019, are implemented — the Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya stated. Russia is chairing the UN Security Council in February, and Russia expects to use this opportunity to draw the attention of the West to the need to implement the Minsk agreements.

5 Russia — Spain

Dmitry Peskov stated that the Kremlin saw the US and NATO responses to the Russian security proposals that were published in the Spanish newspaper «El Pais», but the Kremlin prefers to not comment on them. He reminded that recently Vladimir Putin gave a general assessment of the answers, received in the part that concerns the most important issues for Russia. Dmitry Peskov underlined that Russia isn’t involved in the publication of documents with the answers of the USA and the NATO. Earlier the Spanish newspaper «El Pais» published documents, supposedly containing the US and the NATO responses to the Russian proposals on the security guarantees. So far, neither side has officially confirmed the authenticity of the data.

6 Guinea

The situation in the capital of Guinea — the city of Bissau — has stabilized after the coup attempt. The city is under control of the law enforcement agencies — the TASS reported. The banks and commercial enterprises have already resumed their work in the city, the air traffic is being restored. Investigations and interrogation of the detained rebels are currently underway. On Tuesday, armed men broke into the government house, where an extraordinary meeting of the Council of Ministers was being held under the chairmanship of the head of state.
