The European Union does not need the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Moravecki announced during the debates in the European Parliament on the topic of the future of Europe. «The European Union does not need »Nord Stream 2″, Moravetsky said, as reported by RIA NEWS. He also called the gas pipeline «not an economical, but a political project, which will give Russia an instrument of influence not only on the European economy, but also on the politics.»

The list of people proposed by Petro Poroshenko changed several times, taking into account the wishes of the Western partners, as well as the political forces of the country. According to experts, the «List of Petro Poroshenko» is a «compromise.» However, it does not include representatives of the opposition parties. Political analysts note that the Ukrainian president will do everything possible to gain the control over the central election commission. That commission will become a part of the «administrative» resource of Petro Poroshenko.
