In Syria, government troops are advancing from the territory of the province of Ham to the province of Idlib. There is still a significant «enclave» of militants of different groups, including ISIS. The situation is complicated by the fact that the groups «Hayat Tahrir al-Sham», «Ahrar ash-Sham» and «Kharakat Nureddin al-Zinka» agreed to unite to fight against ISIS, and now they will act jointly.

The Russian VKS inflicted massive air strikes on the fighters «Hayat Tahrir al-Sham» in the north of the province of Kham. Forty-five strong points of the group were attacked. Despite the announced withdrawal of the main contingent of Russian troops, Syria retains the presence of Russian aviation and navy, which assist government forces in eliminating the terrorist threat.

The European Union, within the framework of the European Neighborhood Policy, will allocate more than one million euros for the training of Ukrainian officials in foreign languages, according to the website of the European Commission.
