The Venezuelan National Assembly revoked the parliamentary immunity from the Venezuelan opposition leader, former parliament speaker, Juan Guaydo who recently declared himself the president of Venezuela. Recently, after the General Prosecutor’s Office of Venezuela deprived Juan Guaido of the right to hold public office for 15 years, the Supreme Court recommended this exact way of action. The opposition leader called the measure ‘invalid’, and he rejected it. According to him — no government structure has »the power to deprive him of his immunity, or even declare it invalid”. Juan Guaydo also announced that he now fears the possible arrest or abduction by the special services.

Ukraine banned all flights to and from Russia. The decision was made by the Ukrainian cabinet.
