Japan adopted a new program of enhancement of their national defense for the next 10 years. The implementation of the program will need significant funding, TASS reports. The Russian parliament made a law that considers the foreign NGOs that intervene in the elections on the territory of Russia as ‘undesirable’, Interfax reports.
