1 Nagorno-Karabakh

The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported that «on 26th and 27th of October, the Armenian troops fired on the positions of the Azerbaijani troops in different parts of the frontline. The settlements near the frontline zone were shelled as well». It was reported that «the military operations continued mainly in the Khojavend, Fizuli and Gubadli sectors. The hostile attempts to attack were suppressed — the enemy took losses and retreated». The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry announced the destruction of «a forward command post of the 18th motorized rifle division of the Armenian troops». It was noted that the chief of staff of the division was killed as well. «A large number of manpower were destroyed and incapacitated in many parts of the frontline. 1 T-72 tank, 4 artillery pieces D-30 and 3 artillery pieces D-20, 1 SAM ‘Osa-AKM’, 1 MLRS ‘BM-21 Grad’, 1 radar station, and 6 enemy vehicles were destroyed as well. Currently, our troops are monitoring the operational situation» — the Azerbaijani ministry concluded.

2 Nagorno-Karabakh

The United Armenian Informational Center of the Cabinet of Ministers of Armenia reported about the on-going local battles in some areas of the Nagorno-Karabakh region between the defense army of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, and the Azerbaijani troops. «The Artsakh Defense Army continues to fulfill the combat mission of keeping the operational-tactical situation under control» — the message stated. It was noted that in the evening, the Azerbaijani troops «actively used drones, some of which were shot down by the air defense forces of the Artsakh Defense Army.» «The enemy continued to bombard peaceful settlements, in particular — the towns of Martuni, Martakert, and the villages of the upper sub-region of Askeran» — the message concluded.

3 Azerbaijan — Armenia

The spokeswoman of the Armenian Defense Ministry, Shushan Stepanyan, reported on Facebook that during the morning, Azerbaijani troops used combat drones and artillery pieces to strike on an Armenian outpost near the Iranian border. «This morning, at about 10:00, Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire, and used the UAVs, one of which fell on the territory of Armenia, missile and artillery weaponry to fire at an Armenian border outpost near the Iranian border» — the message stated. Stepanyan added that the Armenian Defense Ministry «will be forced to retaliate against the Azerbaijani forces.»

4 Russia

The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated during an interview with the Croatian newspaper »Večernji list» that the USA and several European countries have doubled their efforts to curb the Russian development, and they are seeking ways to punish Russia for the independent foreign policy. “We have to conclude that there is no need to count on a mutually respectful consideration of the emerging problems. The West has made it a rule to talk with Russia from the position of the presumption of Russian guilt in everything” — the Russian Foreign Minister explained. According to him, the Western countries are making claims «on the basis of fake charges, contrary to the basic logic». He said that Russia does not leave the anti-Russian attacks unanswered. «Our retaliatory steps are well known in the USA and the EU» — the minister noted, and added that Moscow is trying to pursue a multi-vector foreign policy, in order to »build the interaction with those who are open to an honest joint work on the principles of equality, mutual respect, and the balance of interests».

5 Belarus

The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, stated on Tuesday that the protesters crossed the «red line» in many ways. His words were published by the ‘BelTA’ news agency. He added that the country is starting to face the terrorist threats. Lukashenko added that, according to the Belarusian authorities — the radical protesters purposefully damaged some railway equipment, which could lead to accidents. He added that when the «red line» is crossed — the authorities must react. He announced the need to stop the «terrorist war» against Belarus.
