The CNN reported that Donald Trump’s campaign office could file lawsuits due to the counting of votes in the states of Arizona and Nevada. Earlier the office filed lawsuits, demanding to suspend the processing of ballots in the states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. The office stated that it will request a recount in Wisconsin as well. The CNN reported, while citing their sources, that Donald Trump’s campaign office is ready to demand a re-count in Georgia, if Donald Trump loses in that state.

2 Nagorno-Karabakh

The official representative of the Armenian Defense Ministry, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, reported on Facebook that on Thursday morning the Azerbaijani troops shelled the cities of Shusha and Martuni, in Nagorno-Karabakh. «Early in the morning the enemy resumed the shelling of the peaceful settlements of Artsakh. They fired at Martuni and Shusha from heavy artillery pieces» — the message concluded.

3 Nagorno-Karabakh

The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry denied the reports of shelling of the settlements in the combat zone in Karabakh. «The Armenian reports about the alleged resumption of the shelling of the cities of Hojavend and Shusha by the Azerbaijani army is fake. Once again we declare that the Azerbaijani army isn’t shelling the settlements and the civil infrastructure» — the press service of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry announced.

4 Armenia

The Armenian Foreign Minister, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, stated during a briefing in the parliament that a meeting of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, and the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, organized for the potential negotiations on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is currently not planned. «I can’t say that a meeting between Pashinyan and Aliyev is currently planned» — Mnatsakanyan explained.

5 Azerbaijan

The Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated during an interview with the Spanish news agency ‘EFE’ that Armenia didn’t provide any specifics during the negotiations on Nagorno-Karabakh. «Armenia doesn’t say anything solid about the compromises, only about their own self-determination. Their self-determination isn’t their compromise» — the ‘AzerTag’ news agency quoted Aliyev. In his opinion, Armenia should be more precise in their position. Aliyev noted that for this reason, starting from the first days of the active clashes, Baku demanded from Armenia a schedule of the retreat of their troops from Karabakh and the nearby areas. Aliyev also stated that he sees no point in meeting with the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan. According to him, over the past two years, all the meetings with Pashinyan, except the first few meetings, were «useless and meaningless».

6 Kosovo

Hashim Thaci, the president of the unrecognized republic of Kosovo, is stepping down due to the war crimes allegations that were confirmed by the Special Court for Kosovo in Hague — the Serbian news agency ‘Radio and Television Serbia’ reported. Hashim Thaci announced his resignation during a press conference in Pristina. He noted that the Special Court for Kosovo in Hague has confirmed the charges against him. He announced that he is resigning in order to defend the sovereignty of Kosovo. He also called on the political forces to »unite in order to avoid an institutional crisis».
