The Ukrainian troops intensified their terror attacks on the entire territory of the Republic starting from 17:30 of 10th of March. The settlements of Krutaya Balka, Golmovsky and Sakhanka were under fire. 9 residential buildings were damaged. The heating system of a residential building in the village of Golmovsky was damaged as well.

3,550 civilians died since the start of the conflict in Donbass — said the head of the UN mission on the human rights in Ukraine, Matilda Bogner. “Since the beginning of the conflict, the total number of civilians who died due to the conflict has been at least 3350 people. More than 7,000 were injured” — the head of the mission announced. In December of 2019, the UN stated that 3,444 civilians of Donbass were killed. More than 7,000 were injured.
The Ukrainian nationalists attacked the deputy head of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Sergey Sivokho, during his presentation of the ‘National Platform for the Reconciliation and Unity in Donbass’. 30 minutes after the start of the event, one of the radicals began to insult Sergei Sivokho by calling him a traitor. After several minutes of insults, the nationalists surrounded the organizer of the conference, and began to push him to the exit — the man fell as the result. Once back on his feet, Sergey Sivokho left the building. The project description states that the mission of the platform is to bring together the government initiatives and the public sector in order to develop the public policies. It focuses on building a dialogue between the civilians all over Ukraine, including the temporarily uncontrolled territories. The project will be assisted by the so-called “ambassadors” — people with unconditional authority on the both sides of the contact line — during the creation of the discussion platforms.
