Ukrainian Armed Forces obstructed the work of OSCE’s UAVs

«The Ukrainian troops have installed ‘mine warning’ signs on the road in the zone of the so-called ‘Joint Forces Operation’, in order to prevent the passage of the observers of the OSCE special monitoring mission to the locations of their military equipment» — said Yakov Osadchy, an official representative of the LPR People’s Militia. «The high command of the Joint Forces Operation ordered the field commanders to take counter-measures against the UAVs of the special monitoring mission, in order to conceal the weaponry and military equipment, located on the territory of the private households, and in violations of the withdrawal lines» — added Yakov Osadchiy. «The Ukrainian military violated the additional measures for the control and enhancement of the ceasefire in Donbass for 140 times. There were 74 cases of combat engineering work on the positions of the Ukrainian military from 53rd and 54th separate mechanized brigades, the 35th and 36th separate marine brigades, the 79th separate airborne assault brigade, and the 56th separate motorized infantry brigade.

The Ukrainian troops made a pontoon ferry near the construction site of a checkpoint on the contact line, near the village of Schastye, in a violation of the Minsk agreements. Yakov Osadchiy noted that “this fact of a violation was brought to the attention of the OSCE coordinator in the Contact Group, in order to fix the violation of the first paragraph of the additional measures for the enhancement and control of the ceasefire, and to force Ukraine to dismantle the pontoon-bridge”.

On 23rd of September 23, 2020, an anonymous call was received on the telephone line of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR. The call reported about the mining a gymnasium and a children’s clinic in the city of Alchevsk. No explosive objects were found during the inspection of the buildings. The information was false. The employees of the Ministry of State Security of the LPR established that the call was made by the officers of the Ukrainian Security Service. It has been established that the representatives of the Ukrainian Security Service, together with the Center of the Informational and Psychological Operations, constantly carry out such actions in order to intimidate the residents of the LPR.
