The Russian border guards found two Ukrainian shells that fell in the Tarasovsky district of the Rostov region — a spokesman of the Border Directorate of the Federal Security Service for the region reported. One of the shells exploded about a kilometer from the Russian-Ukrainian border, near the village of Mityakinskaya, 300 meters away from one of the houses.

The second shell destroyed a utility building on the territory of a household, in the village of Manotski. Supposedly it was a 120mm incendiary rocket from MLRS ’’Grad’’. Fortunately both incidents ended without casualties. The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case due to the damage done to 2 households in the Russian settlements.

The Ukrainian president reacted to this event from Munich. “Yesterday they showed some shells — supposedly they came from Ukraine. Then they showed that supposedly something flew to the Rostov region. All of that was a provocation. It is all a lie — there are no dead or wounded people” — Vladimir Zelenskii declared from Europe.

The Russian Foreign Ministry condemned the Ukrainian president for his cynical statement. “A statement like ’they shell themselves’ made in the relation to the inhabitants of Donbass could only be made by a soulless cynic, given how many people in the DPR and the LRP have died over the recent years” — Maria Zakharova stated.

The LPR police found a car-bomb on the Lugansk-Krasnodon road, which is being used to evacuate the residents of the LPR to Russia. The car was placed 500 meters from the traffic police post — the LPR police reported. «A car bomb was found on the bridge on the Lugansk-Krasnodon road, near Samsonovka» — the department reported.

Special services immediately went to the area. According to them — the power of the explosive, planted in the car-bomb, was about 200 kg of TNT. During the neutralization of the explosive device, a line of cars formed on the road, heading in the direction of Russia. The line included buses with evacuated residents of the LPR. The traffic has now been resumed.
